If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours to file an insurance claim, at which time I will arrange for return of the artwork and you may choose a new piece, or you can receive a refund (less return shipping charges).

If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within seven business days. The painting must be packaged as received (please reuse the original packaging). You will receive an email informing you of the required shipping details. Return shipping fees and any subsequent charges are the customer’s responsibility. Once the painting is returned and in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or with choosing a new piece if desired. Any discrepancy in pricing with the choice of a new piece will be refunded (if lower priced) or charged to the customer (if higher priced).
