If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within seven business days. The painting must be packaged as received (please reuse the original packaging). You will receive an email informing you of the required shipping details. Return shipping fees and any subsequent charges are the customer’s responsibility. Once the painting is returned and in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or with choosing a new
piece if desired. Any discrepancy in pricing with the choice of a new piece will be refunded (if lower priced) or charged to the customer (if higher priced).There are no refunds or exchanges on custom commissions, all sales are final.
